Our beef is raised right here on Evans Ranch, in rural Bell County, Texas, just outside of Little River. We raise Angus and Charolais cross cattle humanely and sustainably. The cattle are grass fed and grain finished. Our beef is processed by IO Ranch Processing in Evant, Texas.
